• Go to the Publix Passport official login site via www.publix.org in your preferred browser.
• Click on the “Log in” on the right side of the official website

• Enter your Publix User ID or email address in the required fields

• Click on “Next” to proceed

• Enter “Password”. Choose a unique password that mixes uppercase letters, lowercase and special characters(#,@,&,*) that meets Publix requirements following NIST password security guidelines for stronger account protection.
• Always recommended to note it down and save the Password for later use

• Complete two-step verification using the Microsoft Authenticator app or phone confirmation.

For Android Users

Publix PRO works seamlessly on Android devices running version 8.0 or higher, ensuring better performance, security, and compatibility with the latest Publix systems

• Go to the official Publix Inc. Passport portal at  https://www.publix.org 
• Search for the “Publix Pro”
• Download apk file of mobile app
• After downloading, You can now open the Publix Pro app and log in with your assigned login credentials(User ID/email address)  
• Once you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected to the employee dashboard, where you can access payslips, work schedules, and request time off 

For iPhone Users

• Open App Store on your iPhone.
• Search for the “Publix Pro“
• You will be prompted to enter your Publix employee login and password. This is the exact same username and password you use to log in to the Passport employee portal.
• Complete 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), just as you do employee login for Publix HR Portal.
• You will receive one-time 6 digit code as verification
• Verify the login via the Authenticator app before accessing your work schedule, pay stubs, and benefits.
